Liverpool’s Royal Court are excited to announce that we are holding two days of open auditions on 24 & 25 January 2024.
The auditions will take place in the Studio at Liverpool’s Royal Court. These auditions will not be for a particular show, or with any specific future production in mind. Instead, it’s an opportunity for us to meet actors aged 18 and over from across the region and get to know some exciting new performers.

We were overwhelmed and delighted by the number of responses, and as such we cannot offer everybody a slot this time round.
We are committed to meeting everybody who applied, so we will be adding more audition days throughout 2024. We will be in touch in due course when we are ready to offer the next auditions slots.
What Should I Prepare?
We will ask you to prepare two short, contrasting pieces of no more than three minutes each on the day. If you sing or play an instrument, it would be great to hear a little of that. We’d also love to see any special skills you have like dance, mime, clowning or even puppeteering. Whatever’s your thing, we want to see it.
